Common areas

Classic kitchen with cooking island and dining area, equipped with all appliances (fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.), complete with dining table. There is a bright and spacious open plan lounge area on the upper floor with beautiful beamed ceilings. Furnished with sofas and an extendable dining table, it also has a panoramic window overlooking the internal courtyard.

Outdoor spaces

Outside the Villa, overlooking the internal courtyard there are 2 very large porches, with a living room, a dining table for 14 people, coffee tables, a play area with a ping-pong table. In the garden, in addition to the fully furnished swimming pool, there is a barbecue area and a lounge area with sofas, a large gazebo with a table that welcomes all guests.

Parking

The Villa is equipped with 3 covered parking spaces and an outdoor area that can accommodate another 2 cars

Kitchen

The kitchen is large and bright, perfect for cooking and sharing convivial moments. Equipped with a 10-seater table, it is equipped with everything you need: stove, freezer, microwave, oven, a large refrigerator and dishes.

Living room

The living room, located on the first floor, with a large window that offers a splendid view of the portico of the internal courtyard and the surrounding greenery, is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a TV and a table for 10 people.

Spacious and refined rooms for an unforgettable stay

Villa Diana has 10 beds in 4 bedrooms (two double bedrooms and two with single beds that can be joined into a double) and a service room with two additional beds, in the 2 double bedrooms given their large size on request it is possible to add sofa beds for a total of 14 places. Furthermore, it has 4 bathrooms, one ensuite in the master bedroom with a large shower and double sink, and an external service bathroom with shower and laundry area.

The suite is the largest room in the Villa with ensuite bathroom and sauna, for total relaxation
